This is a calling role. You get on the phone, talk to business owners, pitch a website. 150 dials minimum every day, 5 days a week. Pre-qualified leads are built for you every morning.
Morning

2 PM – 7 PM
Calling — 150 Dials MinimumGoogle Voice, your list, your script. 5 hours of dialing. Decision makers reached, demos sent, deals closed. Nothing interrupts this window.
End of Day
Daily Report — 3 MinutesDials, contacts, demos, closes, commission earned. Submitted every day without exception.
Friday
Commission PaidEvery close from the week hits your account. Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or bank transfer.

You start as a Junior. You advance when the numbers say so — not when enough time has passed. Every tier is objective.

Entry Level
The only goal at this tier is volume. 150 dials a day, every day. The skill builds from repetition. First close target: within 14 days.

Not applied for. Offered. When a Senior Closer makes the callers around them better — not just themselves — the conversation happens. You still dial every day. You manage 2–3 callers and earn an override on each one.
